OpenAI Releases "reasoning" Models/Abilities. Join us for Oprah
Today, OpenAI released its “reasoning” models, now called OpenAI-o1 preview (announcement).
Tonight, Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI will be on Oprah, and I’m sure this will be discussed.
In fact, I’ve been promoting our live blog of the event with the likelihood that these capabilities will be released today. Some say I’m too “bullish” on AI but, to be honest, I’ve been right so far about all of my predictions, sans the fact that some of them have happened even faster than I thought they would :).
